Except as provided in the Terms of Use, you shall have no right to directly or indirectly, own, use, loan, asell, rent, lease, license, sublicense, assign, copy, translate, modify, adapt, improve, or create any new or derivative works from, or display, distribute, perform, or in any way exploit the Site, or any of its contents (including software) in whole or in part.

 

1. SITE OPERATION: United Arab Emirates is our Country of Domicile. PURRPLE ORRYX DWC LLC controls this Site from the U.A.E. PURRPLE ORRYX DWC LLC makes no representation that this Site is appropriate for use in other locations. If you use this Site from other locations you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. You may not use, export or re-export any materials from this Site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including, but not limited to any U.A.E export laws and regulations.

 

2. APPLICABLE LAW. The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and the Terms of Use, without regards to conflict of laws principals. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.

 

3. MULTI-CURRENCY PRICED TRANSACTION, the displayed price and currency selected by you, will be the same price and currency charged to the Card and printed on the Transaction Receipt.

 

4. PURCHASES. PURRPLE ORRYX DWC LLC accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED and USD for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. Interpretation. These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of PURRPLE ORRYX DWC LLC. All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.

 

5. OFFICE FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL (OFAC) SANCTIONED COUNTRIES. PURRPLE ORRYX DWC LLC will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, OFAC targeted countries AND individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under the OFAC programs that are not country specific.

 

6. REPRESENTATIONS BY YOU. 8. YOUR ACCOUNT. If you use PURRPLE ORRYX DWC LLC Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account from any devices, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The Site shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section.

9. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION: Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice including invoice  with receipt will be sent to the client via email within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.

10. FEES, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION: You agree to pay the fees, in such amount and for such billing frequency as specified during contractual agreement, in full prior to any obligation of Purrple Orryx DWC LLC to perform under this Agreement. You further agree that, upon registering for the services, you authorize Purrple Orryx DWC LLC to charge your method of payment (e.g. credit card) for the fee on each anniversary of your registration date, based upon your billing frequency (e.g. monthly, quarterly, annually). Payment of the fees shall be in such amounts and at such times as set forth by Purrple Orryx DWC LLC through information provided to you and as authorized through the acceptance of the agreement. You represent and warrant to Purrple Orryx DWC LLC that such payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. You will promptly update your account information with any changes (for example, a change in your billing address or credit card expiration date) that may occur.

You may cancel your subscription with Purrple Orryx DWC LLC at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Purrple Orryx DWC LLC services till the end of the term. No further invoices will be raised.

Purrple Orryx DWC LLC may change its fees from time to time by posting the changes on the Site with minimum 7 days’ prior notice, but with no advance notice required for temporary promotions or reductions in fees.

Charges and refunds are dependent on the exchange rate between the US Dollar (USD) or UAE Dirhams(AED) and your currency for the day. Any bank charges or currency loss during exchange will not be refunded. There are no refunds after subscription has been made.

In the event of Refund and/or Cancellation, Purrple Orryx DWC LLC, shall retain full and absolute legal and proprietary rights on all intellectual property created as contract for service by us and shall be at liberty to use all or any such material for our promotional or informational purposes.

You, the client, are responsible to use Purrple Orryx DWC LLC services after payment. There is NO option to carry forward any unused subscription period for later use.

11. TEN(10)-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

You may request a refund from us if you cancel your subscription either: (i) within 10 days of signing up. After this 10 day window, we will not issue a refund. Any bank charges or currency loss during exchange will not be refunded. 10 Days are counted including weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Our working hours are: Monday to Friday. 9am to 5pm (Dubai, UAE Time)

12. 100% Money back for Pay Per Design is applicable for one time use only and for first time and new customers. If the first draft is rejected, customer can request a full refund. In this case the design request will be closed and no further changes will be applicable. If the customer chooses to make edits or revisions or request for 2nd version, then no refund is applicable.

 

From time to time, we may refuse a refund request if, in our sole discretion, we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior. Promotions, upgrades, and adjustments to existing plans are non-refundable. Money Back Guarantee is only applicable to new customers and first time use. Money Back Guarantee is NOT applicable to returning customers who have previously availed our seven(7) day free trial or 10 Day Money Back Guarantee.
